Client attachments
Introducing Attachments - a simple way to give Claras more context about your clients. Upload PDFs, Word documents, Excel files, images, CSVs, or Outlook emails against a client's profile. The attachment is used to enrich Clarity Plus and becomes valuable reference material when creating documents.
When you add an attachment, Claras automatically processes the content, identifies the relevant date, and suggests an appropriate name. As you'd expect, Claras strips out personally identifiable information, which you can verify when viewing attachments with the PII toggle.*
This feature lays the groundwork for future improvements including document templates, client Q&A and CRM integrations. We've got some exciting things cooking that we can't wait to share!
Smarter Clarity Plus
Clarity Plus now maintains a running summary of everything saved against a client. It updates intelligently whenever you finalise a meeting or upload a attachment, identifying dates to determine whether to alter existing information or add something new. Soon you'll be able to edit the summary yourself or tell Claras what you'd like to see inside Clarity Plus.
So next time you bring an existing client into Claras, upload their historical attachments like fact finds, past File Notes or previous SoAs to instantly populate Clarity Plus with their complete background information, ready for your meeting.
Improvements
- You can now filter Teams meeting by a specific date when choosing a recording or transcript
- Better error messages when file notes can't be processed (like when the wrong recording was uploaded), with an option to change the status back to "draft" and try again.
*We cannot remove PII from images, so please ensure you remove or minimise personal information before uploading to Claras.
