View upcoming and past meetings in the new schedules page. Create meetings by selecting clients, meeting types, and facilitators with our streamlined interface. Each meeting includes a customisable agenda to ensure all necessary topics are covered.

Clarity Plus Insights

For returning clients, gain instant context with AI-powered insights drawn from previous meetings. See key background information, conversation starters, and important follow-up items before your meeting begins.

Live recording capabilities

Record meetings directly through Claras using our new live recording feature. Perfect for in-person meetings or when capturing audio from virtual meetings through your computer speakers. Pause and preview recordings as needed before processing.

Customisable meeting agendas

Create and customise meeting agendas for different meeting types. Set default agenda items for each template type, or let Claras automatically generate relevant agenda items based on your File Note outline. Check off items during meetings to ensure thorough coverage of all required topics.

Additional meeting notes

Add private meeting notes visible only to you and your team. These notes help provide additional context or instructions to Claras when generating the File Note, without being shared with clients.

Integrated with existing workflows

The new Meetings feature integrates seamlessly with our existing File Notes system. Whether you create an entry through Meetings or Notes, everything stays synchronised. While the traditional Notes view remains available, the new Meetings interface offers enhanced features like Clarity Plus insights and agenda management.

  • File notes can now be downloaded in DOCX format for easy sharing and editing in Microsoft Word
  • The "Copy to HTML" feature has been enhanced with improved formatting and styling
  • Email templates now more accurately follow formatting and layout instructions specified in templates
  • You can now set and update your profile photo from the "My Profile" page
