Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every new practice starts with 5 free file notes and 5 free documents, with no card needed. When you subscribe to Unlimited, finishing onboarding makes your first 14 days free, or 30 days when your whole team finishes it.
Which plan is right for me?
Pay as you go is $50 a month for your whole team, including 4 file notes, then $10 for each extra file note. Unlimited is $139 per adviser and works out cheaper from about 13 file notes a month per adviser.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
How much do assistants cost?
On pay as you go, assistants are included. On Unlimited, each assistant is $39 a month. Practice managers are included on both plans.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Unlimited is 15% less when you pay yearly.
Can I talk to someone first?
Yes. Book a 15 minute call and we will set up your account with you. These calls are also how we hear what your practice needs next.
Does Claras use my client data for its own purposes?
No. Your data is used only to provide Claras to your practice. Client details are replaced with placeholders before any text reaches the AI.
Is Claras secure?
Every login uses multi-factor authentication, client details are hidden from the AI by default, and data is hosted in Australia. The compliance page has the details.
