About
Making financial advice human again
We're eliminating the admin that stands between financial advisers and their clients.
Our mission
At Claras, we believe financial advisers do their best work when they can focus on what matters - guiding their clients through life's important decisions. But today's advisers are caught in a web of administrative tasks that pull them away from these crucial conversations.
What started as a solution for file notes has evolved into something more ambitious: transforming how advisers work. We don't think of Claras as just another 'tool', but as a better 'way' to deliver advice - one that puts human connection back at the centre. Today, advisers across Australia use Claras to help their clients achieve better outcomes.

Meet the team
Claras was born from an unexpected insight. While building a workflow platform for one of Australia's largest licensees, we noticed something: financial advisers were spending countless hours on file notes - not because they wanted to, but because they had to. Some were experimenting with ChatGPT, but privacy concerns and lack of standardisation made it a risky solution.
Having previously built AI products for healthcare and finance, we saw an opportunity to apply our expertise in sensitive domains to this specific challenge. We believe the best technology doesn't just solve problems - it unveils new possibilities.
Advisory board
We've assembled industry pioneers who challenge the status quo, providing strategic guidance, insights and critical feedback to keep us focused on what matters most to advice practices. These hands-on collaborators are passionate about transforming how advisers work, not boardroom formalities.
