We're excited to introduce self-service team management to Claras. You can now invite and manage team members directly through the platform with our enhanced role system:

  • Adviser: Create and manage client file notes
  • Adviser (Account Owner): Full adviser capabilities plus practice settings access
  • Practice Manager: Manage practice settings and templates at no additional cost
  • Assistant: Support role for client management and file notes ($39/month)

Ready to grow your team? Click the new gear icon in the left-hand menu to get started. You can assign a Practice Manager to handle templates and settings, invite other advisers to create consistency across your practice, and add your support staff as Assistants at $39/month.

Improved Billing

We've made billing and finances more convenient by consolidating all charges into a single practice-wide monthly bill. When adding team members or adjusting plans, you'll see real-time cost previews to help with budgeting. Annual billing options can save up to 20% on your subscription, and our self-service portal makes it simple to manage payment details and plan selection.

New plans

Our Unlimited plan remains the best value for most practices, with all the features you need to grow your business. We're also introducing a Pay as You Go option.

  • Unlimited Plan: Full access to all features, ideal for growing practices
  • Pay as You Go: $50/month base subscription including 4 file notes, additional notes $10 each. Perfect for practices getting started with Claras, this is a low-cost option with flexibility to upgrade to our Unlimited plan anytime.
