About
Making financial advice human again
We're eliminating the admin that stands between financial advisers and their clients.
Our mission
At Claras, we believe financial advisers do their best work when they can focus on what matters - guiding their clients through life's important decisions. But today's advisers are caught in a web of administrative tasks that pull them away from these crucial conversations.
What started as a solution for file notes has evolved into something more ambitious: transforming how advisers work. We don't think of Claras as just another 'tool', but as a better 'way' to deliver advice - one that puts human connection back at the centre. Today, advisers across Australia use Claras to help their clients achieve better outcomes.

Meet the team
Claras began while building a workflow platform for one of Australia's largest licensees. We discovered financial advisers were spending hours writing file notes, with some turning to ChatGPT despite privacy and standardisation concerns. Having built AI products for healthcare and finance, we saw an opportunity to apply our expertise to solve this specific challenge.
Connor leads product development at Claras, focusing on building systems that are fast, reliable, and easy to use. With experience developing AI tools in regulated industries, he works across engineering, design, and security to turn complex workflows into simple software.
Stuart leads business development at Claras, focusing on building partnerships that are strategic, scalable, and customer-centric. With a background in digital strategy and solution consulting, he works across sales, growth, and operations to bring Claras to the advisers who need it most.

We've assembled industry pioneers who challenge the status quo, providing strategic guidance, insights and critical feedback to keep us focused on what matters most to advice practices. These hands-on collaborators are passionate about transforming how advisers work, not boardroom formalities.
